Xiaomi 5A gets MIUI 9 update
Xiaomi Redmi 5A has started getting the MIUI 9 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The MIUI 9 stable OS was officially released globally a few days back with new features, it was only on Wednesday that Xiaomi revealed a list of 40 devices, those will get the MIUI 9 update and also the Redmi 5A was in that list.

 And as I said company has not left its outdated models without the update, as some of the devices in the list by Xiaomi were launched back in 2012, But also the majority of the smartphones that support the MIUI 9 stable ROM were launched in 2017. But also many old models are awaiting the update of MIUI 9.

 New features of Redmi 5A after MIUI 9 Update :-
According to Xiaomi the MIUI 9 will add several changes to the Redmi 5A such as AI Assistant integration, universal search for images based on keyboard, split-screen feature and many more features.

JIO Republic Day Offer - Now get 1.5GB instead of 1GB per day

Jio revised its plans earlier this month to offer more data with its popular 1GB data per day recharge packs, and launched new plans with 1.5GB daily data as part of the Happy New Year 2018 offer . Now this time JIO is again giving great offers as new year 2018 offer . Under the new offer, Jio users will get up to 50 percent more data on plans priced Rs. 149 or above. The changes will come into effect at 12am on January 26, 2018 . The Jio's 1GB data per day plans are priced at Rs. 149, Rs. 349, Rs. 399 and Rs. 449, with validities of 28 days, 70 days, 84 days and 91 days, respectively. However, with the Jio Republic Day Offer 2018, customers will get 50 percent more data as the daily high-speed data cap will be raised to 1.5GB per day. This means instead 1GB data per day you will now get 1.5 GB per from 26 January as Republic Day offer . Similarly, the 1.5GB data per day plans will now offer 2GB of high-speed data per day.
